“The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc The grounds are quite lovely - a nice garden with flowers, ferns, Orchids & tropical fruit trees, You are free to walk around & help yourself to fruit if u want to. “After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I……

“Even though it is not small it feels like a boutique hotel. Wonderfully decorated, front desk staff is great and attentive. Easy to walk across the street to go to the supermarket if needed ideal location in New Kingston. We will definitely stay here again. And breakfast was yummmmyy!!!”
