"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. "The staff, cleanliness and overall appearance was gorgeous! A few dishes at the restaurant were perhaps a little over, however we woukd certainly come back and stay there in a heartbeat, because it is out of the way if the city centre, and perfectly for a relaxing weekend, which is exactly what we needed! Brilliant hotel!"

"Couldn’t ask for a more central location. Room was perfectly sized (though I was only a single traveler). Lobby was a super comfy cafe/lounge area. Snacks/amenities available 24 hours. Laundry onsite easy to use with contactless payment. Small exercise room (think 2-3 people at a time) but was enough for a good stretch. Room had kettle and toaster on the counter, Nespresso style maker, microwave oven and induction cooktop. Using the toaster (and not even burning the bread) was enough to trigger the smoke alarm (so turn on the exhaust fan before you toast and let run a few minutes after toast has popped). There are dishes, sharp knives, cutting board, dish towels for use. Even an automatic dishwasher!! Fridge had a small freezer compartment, and was so helpful during the warmer days of summer to make ice for the water bottle. Supermarket within a block so it was very easy to dine in-room, though the cafe was always busy and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. A busway was steps from the front door and could easily access other parts of town or the train station. All in, this is easily a home away from home, and made the weeklong trip for a campus program that much more homey and comfortable."

"Great hotel. Stayed here on a number of occasions due to working in the local area. Hotel is always clean and the breakfast is good. Always plenty of parking available and is free. Facilities on site are good which include driving range, pool, sauna and steam room. Bar sports are available within the restaurant area."
