“My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family unit included myself, my husband, 17 yo stepson and a 4 month old infant. It was perfect for what we needed, walking distance to town and the water and a nice space for when our infant needed some home time. If you are planning to have some beach time, this place is so well stocked for it. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, it was all available for use. First Island Reality was also great to work with. We had some……

“Sweet Studio Condo on the water in Kona. The Lanai was very private, and lush. Everything you could want for water toys/supplies was there for my use. Myrna graciously allowed me to stay for late checkout for a late flight. The location was perfect. Highly recommend Green Flash Coffee/smoothie Place right next door! I was there for a wedding, but when I was alone, I had a great time too.....I could walk to Beach, Market, Coffee House...and the pool has a great water view. I highly recommend Kona……

“Very nice unit with a nice view of the pool. As other people has stated parking is challenging. But I always found a place in the lot or right next to the property on the street. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay and loved our location in proximity to the beach and shopping nearby. Close to Costco and the airport and yet not far from exploring other areas of the island. The condo bedroom shares a window with the road which was very loud most nights and garbage day was rough at 4am😅. Loud cars were hard to tune out throughout the night. The disposal wasn’t working but management was quick to get it fixed and working 🙌 and cleaning staff was very friendly. Check in was easy and so……

“2 things are important for me and my wife: comfortable bed and white noise from a cold AC. This had both. The location is in walking distance from everything. People complain about the front desk lady, but she was awesome. I can understand some people might be short tempered after a long day of travel. Parking can be tough after 3PM. Parking spots are tight. Good shower. No road noise facing the street. Would stay here again.”

“Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.”

“We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. We will return again and request to stay at Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER again.”
