「Six friends came to Hilo for Merrie Monarch. We could easily walk to the festival sites and avoid difficult-to-find parking. The condo was comfortable and clean with great views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. Our host Jenny was very communicative. We would stay there again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in Hilo! This is a quintessential Hawaiian apartment/condo. Very simple, great ocean breezes, walk out and take a dip in the protected seawater pools kind of place. 」

「What a beautiful location and farm. So peaceful and a fantastic place to decompress. Matter of fact we spent a very enjoyable day on the lanai. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, a real kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, there’s a washer and dryer there, as well as snorkeling and beach gear available for use! We highly recommend this place and would stay again 3 easy check in/out, nice hosts. Farm is about 30 minutes from Hilo.」

We didn't experience any disruptive noise from the kennels and the yard was nice with birds. We met the owner a couple times and she was kind. 「This was a great spot to stay as our home base while we explored the Big Island. Great location- central to everything we wanted to do on the Hilo side (about an hour from VNP, and within an hour of several waterfalls). 「Building as a whole is a little dated (lobby, hallways, ponds, and parking stall) but looks like a refresh is in progress.The apartment was immaculate and comfortable.
