The fire alarm went off 2x during our stay, one was in the afternoon and the other time was in the middle of the night, it was very frustrating even when they changed the batteries. We also had issues with how hot the bathrooms were as the fans did not help much.

The location was perfect and within walking distance of the entire downtown. The unit was great except that the 2nd full bathroom was on the first floor while the 2 bedrooms were on the 2nd floor. The carpet and possibly shower heads (good water pressure) should also be replaced soon. The view from the front sitting area was great. Overall, a very nice unit.

This was such a great location for our family of three and for walking nearly anywhere in downtown Hood River. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the neighbors to be friendly as well. The house is exactly as described/shown, and had plenty of amenities (i.e., pots, pans, dishes, etc.) for the few times we cooked here. We received excellent communication and found/got into the unit with no problems. The on-site coin-op laundry room was a big help for our minimal packing needs. FYI, at the time of writing, the machines require 1.00 in quarters per cycle. There were even laundry pods in the condo, saving us from having to source them. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place close to downtown

Stayed here for five days while visiting Hood River, fantastic location with great views from the upstairs. Check-in was easy and the unit is well-provisioned with games, cookware, etc.
