"Overall good. Slight gripe with the spa, paying for 2 hours when you get 1.5 and some facilities closed seems a little unreasonable. Welcome cookie a lovely touch. Breakfast was ok, but there was alot missing that wasn’t being topped up to meet demand."

"Perfect location for girls trip to Chester, good size space, on road parking, less than £5 under into town and 10 min walk to lovely local eateries around Hoole for breakfast, single mattresses not the best but absolutely fine for one night thanks so much x"

"Third time staying at the hotel and felt it has slightly gone down hill. Great staff, friendly and couldn't do more for you. But rooms need updating a little, especially bathrooms. Pressure very low, tiles coming off and deep clean of shower head needed."
