“Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The……

“First room smelled horrible…front desk clerk sprayed the room…still horrible! I continued to complain, finally next day we were moved to another room. The property is well maintained and the remainder of our stay was nice but I felt we should have been offered a different room immediately after we complained about the smell in the first room, not the next day after complaining again.”

“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“This hotel is very tired, there was no staff after 8pm and not enough parking for the number of rooms. The ac is cheap window ac and not very effective. Sheets are thin and towels small and rough and the rooms are low quality, think walls, linoleum, cheap appliances and box showers. On the plus side - good water pressure! I would not stay here again.”

“To start off the property didn’t have the room we reserved available upon checking in, they put us on a smaller room with a king bed and pullout sofa, keep in mind we had reserved two queen bed room. Since we were traveling with our two kids. They made it seem like they did us a favor for a supposed upgrade which wasn’t the case since after explaining to them we weren’t happy with the room they stated that’s all they had available. Also lady at the check in lobby was not the friendliest or most……

“The location of this resort, right on the beach, just can't be beat. The pool is especially lovely and the restaurants were top notch. The rooms feel a bit older (ours had sort of a light musty odor) but I think that's from all the humidity. Our group of seven had a great experience staying here!”
