「The room was nice and very affordable, nice quiet area and good security with the cameras and door codes. Very easy to book and travel to with bus stop down the street. The main issue was the other people staying there lacking hygiene and respect as whenever I used the toilet there was wee all over the seat. This is not the owners fault, but the other guests. Other than that it was very nice :)」

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here.」

「Good location, but some things could be improved We stayed at the hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The location is very good—it’s not far from the city centre and also not far from the train station, which was very convenient. The first room we were given had a double bed, which was fine as I was staying with my daughter. However, the shared shower was not working properly and there was no hot water. Thankfully, Joan was very helpful when we contacted her and arranged for us to move...
