Living Room & Dining Room - Cosy living space with plenty of seating after a long day of walking in the countryside and exploring the Peak District National Park, complete with wood burning fire. Books are on the shelves in living room. Smart TV in the corner of the room.
For dining there is dining table with 6 seats.
Kitchen - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven &hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and cafetiere.
Laundry - Washer located in the Garage.
Bathroom - Bath / Shower with quality towels and essential amenities provided.
Master bedroom - Double bed with quality linen, ample hanging space. Hairdryer provided.
Second bedroom - Double bed with quality linen, ample hanging space.
Third bedroom - Two single beds with quality linen, ample hanging space.
Internet - Wifi available.
Entertainment - 30 Inch Smart TV to log into Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts.
We provide a parking permit for your stay, parking is located in a residents carpark nearby the property.
Guest Access:
Parking is located near the property, we have a parking permit in the property which you can use for your stay. There is also free parking by the bridge near the property, the information is in the guest guide which is issued upon booking.
There is a key box for the property, the code will be sent 2 days before check in.

No smoking
No parties / events
Please be aware that the dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, upstairs or left in the house alone in the property for long periods of time.
