" The property is very clean and has good restaurants. The only drawback was their onsen. There were too many kids that were too loud. Onsen is supposed to be quiet and relaxing. "

The location was great as it was a very short walk to the park, Kyoto aquarium and train museum. It was also right beside the station which is just one stop away from Kyoto station. There is also a combini within the hotel so I never needed to leave the hotel to get something from a combini.
The rooms were great as the room and bathroom were more spacious and very clean. The public bath was also very nice and not very crowded during my stay.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming which was nice. I ordered a luggage transfer from this hotel and the staff handled my luggage and paperwork for me which was great.
I did not try any dining options so I have no comments on that.
