“We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the inn was quaint, charming, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed.
One of our favorite parts of our stay was enjoying the continental breakfast on the screened-in porch. The peaceful setting and beautiful view of the lake made it the perfect way to start the day.
We enjoyed our time here and would stay again the next time we’re in Grand Haven.”

“Literally don’t stay here. The front desk is a joke and put us in a “non-smoking room” that reeked of cigarettes. When we asked him why, he said “that was the smell of coffee.” He was rude and lied and told us that he only had a King bed available until we called Expedia to cancel our trip and then all of a sudden, he had other double Queen rooms available. When we asked to leave, he refused to fully refund the room, even though the motel was so horrible that we couldn’t even stay for one night.……

“friendly staff and clean, updated place. pool and hot tub. breakfast. reasonably priced. just know if you book the double suite, one side is not air conditioned. “The pool area is really nice. However it is sad to see what has happened with a hotel of this chain. There are so many problems that is hard to list, but here it goes a few: the room smelled like tobacco mixed with cleaning product. We found candy wrap on the room that wasnt ours. The curtains are the first I see that do not shut all the way in, so light from parking lot hits the window the whole night, the safety locker didnt work, the lamp outlet to charge the phone didnt work, the a/c panel……
