「Outstanding hotel. We have stayed at several hotels in Asheville and this was the best, hands down. The hotel—lobby, rooms, bar, etc—are beautiful. It is right in the center of town too, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. We will stay here again next time we are in Asheville. 」

「I really enjoyed my three nights; price point, staff service, just the whole vibe of a busy hotel. 「Was great!! The guy in the lobby was so nice. First, he double checked the room before we stayed in it to make sure it was good. We accidentally overslept and he knocked on the door at 11 and was so nice. We left in a hurry and he called to tell us we left something behind. Will.absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend」

「This hotel is 10/10. Our check in was smooth (we found out later it was actually the GM who checked us in), the hotel common areas and room are very clean (and I’m picky about cleanliness), we had a spacious corner room, and the bed was very comfortable. 「The bathroom facilities were impeccable with nothing wanting. The bed was most comfortable like sleeping in a cloud. The breakfast menu was excellent especially the buffet. The buffet we ate both days. The efficiency and professionalism of all the staff could not have been better.」
