We have a great time staying at the Downtown Duo. Location was perfect for us working a boat show at the convention center. The place was amazing. We plan to stay again.

We were in town for the volleyball state tournament. Location of property was perfect as we were withing walking distance of everything. The property was very well done with many details for the decoration and had all you would need for a great stay. Highly recommend anyone coming to Hot Springs stay at this location. Had a wonderful time and our team won a state title!!!

This is a great space for a group! Every bedroom has a comfy king-size bed & attached bathroom. The 'gathering' spaces are large, well decorated & clean. We walked to restaurants, boutique shops, & event spaces. We're already planning to visit again!

Our family stayed in both the Iron Horse & Central Perch condos and both were newly updated and clean. Very spacious and comfy. It was located super close to town and we were able to walk/shop on bathhouse row with ease. We had a minor hiccup at check in and the host responded super quickly and got it fixed for us right away. I highly recommend staying in either of these units next time you’re in Hot Springs.
