“I recently spent several nights at the Vallarta Live Hotel, which is located in a neighborhood section, approximately a 15-20 min walk to the beaches. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and in a very walkable area. There are a number of restaurants and shops withing a reasonable walking distance.”

“Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. Rooftop had a pool and bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Walking distance to the Malecon ”

“El hotel está lleno de personas en estado de embriaguez, hasta en el lobby había uno dormido. La alberca hasta caliente de gente bebiendo y sin salir a usar los sanitarios. Muy desagradable, solo estuvimos una noche y salimos huyendo. Pensaba que Fiesta Americana sería garantía, pero fue una decepción. El desayuno, eso sí, increíble. Lo mismo la cevichería. ”

“Quiet, simple, clean room with bathroom, TV and air conditioning, friendly staff .Simple accomodations but impossible to beat for the price, and I went in Jan, the peak of the high season. Located in the center of town, 2km from Costco/La Comer, right next to Versailles, a 5 minute walk to Soriana, and Plaza Caracol, 1km from Francisco Medina Ascenscio. Nice open space on the roof *only a 2 story buidling* with a small pool, common fridge, cooking area. This will be my goto place since why……

“Buena estancia calidad-precio, estuve 4 días, solo tienen dos elevadores para todo el hotel, llegando se descompuso uno y en toda mi estancia no lo arreglaron.”

“We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility ”

“The location is very central and easy for walking. The food options at hotel are minimal and pricy for what you get. Lots of other options near by so no need to eat there. Very very noisy at night but that is to be expected in downtown PV and they do provide ear plugs. Pool/lounge area lovely. Staff lovely. Good air/con. Didn’t get balcony. ”

“La habitación es agradable aunque me tocó en el cuarto piso y no tiene elevador entonces es lo único es que tenía que subir muchas escaleras el acceso a la playa lo tenía unos cuantos metros igual que a una de las albercas es muy tranquilo excelente para descansar ir de compras convivir con la familia o con amigos ”

“The entire unit has the drain smell the dishwasher doesn’t work and there it’s not so many plastic dishes that offer to take to the pool and I would like that the property was sound proof. Other than that the unit was perfect for our stay and visit around the city. The staff is really friendly with the people ”

“Rooms not what we expected, house keeping not consiente we had to call for them to come every time. The room the refrigerator inside did not work was not cool at all. Always room temp, called the staff they said it was cool when clearly it wasn’t ”

“The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. ”
