"Room was clean and the hotel was quiet despite even though it was full. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. But it was disappointing to not have real butter, only some chemical spread. I realize some people still eat that, but real butter should be available as a choice. At over $300/night for a room, this shouldn’t even have to be mentioned."

"Worked great for us. It is on a noisy street but convenient location for us so we weren't bothered. Property clean and equipped well. Easy communication with host. Comfy beds! One thing I will mention is we had a hard time finding the second bathroom. It ended up being in the basement and may not accessible to all guests because stairs are steep and awkward, so maybe having that in description would be helpful. Basement was clean. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Wonderful experience staying at this beautiful, renovated condo in downtown Houghton. It was incredibly clean and organized, bed was comfortable, great view of the water, furnishings were attractive and just the right amount. I made coffee, opened the cupboard above, and there were the coffee cups. Everything where it should be! We couldn’t ask for more. Lexie was the perfect host checking in to see if we needed anything and check in process was easy. This is one of our favorite VRBO rentals we have stayed. We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again."
