“We are from the US and had no idea this entire area was almost entirely India/Pakistan/etc. We didn't feel unsafe, but got looks everywhere, wasn't the cleanest, and nothing but Indian food close (even pizza nearby had "Kentucky" pizza that was Tandoori chicken. I will say there was a fantastic coffee shop Baluchi that was surprisingly nice (like out of place nice).
