5 Bedroom Home With A Private Pool & Spa.

Beautiful remodeled 3000 sq ft home centered near many of the areas attractions such as Galveston Island, Kemah Boardwalk, and Hobby Airport. This cozy home is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms. Great for longer stays! The Fenced in back yard offers a private pool and spa along with a cozy deck. Tvs are connected to Amazon prime, Netflix, and Disney+ to watch your favorite shows. The kitchen is ready to go with all the essentials. WIFI password is 003117343584.




We dont allow parties as this is a quiet neighborhood with working families and children who go to bed fairly early. Quiet hours start at 9pm. Absolutely have a great time but please be respectful of the neighbors as far as noise and parking. I do ask that you limit vehicles to 5 max for your group. For street parking please park on the far side of the street from house. Thank you and enjoy your stay!

It is advised that anyone in or near the pool or spa wear the life safety floatation devices provided and that all children have supervision when using the pool or being near it. I have to add this statement to protect myself but absolutely have a great time!!

Also the pool is professionally cleaned and treated weekly. This doesn't stop a gust of wind from blowing new leaves or seeds Into the pool. The filters are always running but can take many hours to pull everything out of a pool this size especially if the wind persists. A net is left near the pool that can be used to remove any leaves or things from it if you want. I cant promise it will never have debris floating but we do try our absolute best to keep it completely clean. There is also a possibility of seeing an insect or two in the back yard or even in the house. The house is treated with ortho and has never had problems with any pests but because this is houston and a warm humid environment there is always a possibility that an ant or moth or some other insect could enter the home. Again we clean and treat the entire house to avoid this as much as possible. It's just always a possibility. Also the pool plaster in the shallow end has some discoloration, this is due to the plaster aging and looking a bit brown, it is completely clean and safe to swim in. Feel free to turn on the hot tub to whatever temperature you like. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns! To heat the pool because of its size we ask for $150 extra. There is no fee to heat the hot tub :)
