We’ve stayed at this location for the past 3 HSSR. We love the parking garage. We haven’t gotten to use the pool, but it is beautiful! The apartments have all been comfortable and clean. Very modern.

Great location, surrounding area & complex were very quiet. My only complaints were (1)that most of the elevators were out of service and we had to walk upstairs with our suitcase and (2) the hallways are really dim making me feel a bit nervous at night and (3) the pool needs some care - nonslip lining was coming off and pool could be cleaner. This rating would have been higher but I had to go get my own paper towels & water that was not provided as per the listing.

This apartment is small but comfortable. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond. If you are in Houston for the stock show and rodeo then this is very conveniently located. I really like it has a parking garage. This is our 2nd year staying at this property. Highly recommend!

Place was clean , it probably needs deep cleaning of carpet and balcony but it was fresh clean and safe. Owner was very nice and she responds fast and help with early check in . we booked for 5 days but stayed only 2 . I would recommend this apartment.

Cozy and Convenient

I’m so happy we found this gem! We were in town due to a family member being hospitalized. We had no idea how long we were staying. This apartment felt like home. It was so cozy and comfortable. It’s close to the hospital as well as multiple grocery stores and fast food places. The host was welcoming and great with communication. This will definitely be the place I’ll stay whenever I come back.

It wasn't too bad. Linens were clean and some of the dishes were clean. The entire property needed dusted. The floors are terribly dirty. It appeared as if someone mopped, but i suspect the no water was nasty. The floors were sticky and left our sucks browned and the baseboards were all dirty. I had to wash several dishes before using. I also sweep patio off bugs, spiders and leaves. If noise is an issue the apartment is on a corner near an exit so you will hear those coming and going. They did offer great snacks and optional meals (Ramen) which was totally appreciated!
