The apartment is exactly two miles from downtown Houston, and it's a five-minute walk to the MetroRail line bringing you downtown in 15 minutes. We're close to the city's Mexican "Restaurant Row" on Navigation Blvd., and to the burgeoning "EaDo" nightlife scene.

The space
Fully restored, this Apartment is charming and comfortable. Privacy and protection from the sun is assured with blinds on all main windows.
A modern fully equipped kitchen with appliances refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, range and oven, plus KEURIG COFFEE MAKER, 2 slice toaster.
