Thanksgiving stay was great

The property was nice, accommodations were ideal for us. The property was nicely decorated. The owner was always quick with answers and assistance. We all agreed we would use the property again.

Absolute nightmare with extremely ignorant host.

0 rating. Host is a scammer. Questionable neighborhood 1.No pool available, shut down indefinitely by public health a lot of “riffraff” in the area, a local resident confirmed 2. large tree branch fell on the driveway but luckily we parked in garage. 3.unsafe, gate to backyard broken, does not lock House in poor repair too: 1. mold growing in the master bathroom wall that separates the toilet and shower. 2. Shower faucet difficult to turn, tub does not drain well. 3. Broken coffee table 4. drawer beside fridge broken and unusable. 5.blinds of the doors to the back yard are broken. Couldn’t open or close would fall apart. 6. House hot poor AC and host does not allow to set below 70 barely got below 80 during day. Dirty: 1. Cockroach found on the pool table when the cover was removed. 2. Area rugs and floor are filthy. 3. Wall and baseboard stained on the stairs, something was spilt but never cleaned properly. 4. House has unpleasant musky smell probably from mold and humidity. Host is cheap, pushy and very ignorant. 1. Claims he didn’t know anything was broken in the home. 2. Also claimed he didn’t know the neighborhood pools (2) were shut down despite confirming they were available for us to use before booking. 3. We only learned there was no pool on 3rd day Host said he would refund the 4 nights but only refunded 37% shortchanged us 20%. In reality we should have been offered a 100% refund. Host will not respond to me or Vrbo reps.

Family visit

Very clean and uncluttered property in a nice neighborhood. Lots of room for the 5 of us to stretch out, including nice patio out back. Dining table was awesome! Lots of room for family meals. Small recommendations: more face and hand towels ( there was not one for each of us), sheets and a blanket for the futon (since advertised as 4 beds there should be sheets for 4).

Great Place

Property is very nice and in great condition. We had 3 teenage boys that enjoyed playing air hockey and pool during our stay. Great location with plenty of restaurants and store close by.

Excellent Stay!

Had a great time at this property for 3 nights. Everything was top notch and clean. The neighborhood feels very safe and comfortable and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. We had a great time playing pool as a family. NaTarrio is A++ on communication and reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay during our time. Would definitely stay again!
