This home did the trick.

It's ok. Had the minimum for a decent stay. The refrigerator was broken the entire time and only a mini fridge was provided. The mattress had a very large and suspicious stain and was replaced but then left in the closet.

The house was not cleaned before check-in and did not appear that it had been cleaned in some time. There was molded food in the oven, the top of the stove and microwave were dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, the ceiling fans were dusty, and one was broken, there was debris on the floor throughout the house. The bed sheets had stains and hair on them. There was a used towel in the master bedroom closet and there was a used band aid in the shower. The yard was not kept and received a warning from the city. Upon check in I communicated the cleanliness and other issues to the owner and offered to send pictures, but he did not acknowledge any of the issues. Owner did not offer to remedy any of the issues, and I had to get VRBO involved in order to receive a refund.
