Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They always greet you when you walk in and help with any requests or needs. I have stayed here several times in the last couple of years. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and the whole property was comfortable with everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast is not included, they don’t offer free breakfast buffet style. There is a ‘bistro’ where you order and pay for food and options are a bit limited.

Wonderful Stay

Booked this last minute so didn’t know what to expect. Sadie greeted us and got us checked in and off to our room quickly. Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. We could not get WiFi to work so Sadie came to our room to check things out. Very much appreciate Sadie’s customer service attitude!

Clean and safe hotel. Staff did not address unnecessarily loud guests late at night and their bistro was run by employees with very low customer service skills. How long should a customer wait at the counter to purchase their breakfast and not even get acknowledged “we will be with you in a moment”. It is understandable when a business is busy. It is not acceptable to be ignored and not even acknowledged. We left the hotel to find something to eat. Poor Bistro management and terrible customer service skills from their employee
