“The room was”

“Used the hotel as a base when visiting family in the local area. Nice location, very safe. All staff were professional and friendly. Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider……

“Location is great. 10 min walk to train. Says AC but it was still very hot and couldn't adjust the temp lower. Window sealed shut. Got wheelchair accessibke room not sure why. Staff at hotel not the best either. Would not go back.”

“Great location and helpful staff. Only small hassle at times was parking but it worked out okay.”
