年輕執班人員需再教育

因第一晚房間問題想更換，但都客滿，夜間執班人員態度不佳且消極不想處理。 第二晚順利更換房間後，主管態度親切致電道歉，讓我覺得這僅是個人行為。

整體感覺不錯，也很乾淨，因為住的房間是靠近馬路邊，早上太陽升起亮度會很刺眼，中央空調聲音有點大聲，淺眠的人容易被吵醒，其餘都可以接受

地點好,服務親切,早餐普通,隔音較差.

離新竹車站只要走路五分鐘,走路至城隍廟也只要8分鐘,附近吃的及商場也多,地點佳,服務人員態度佳,早餐普普的,房間隔音差,住靠路邊的房間,晚上一兩點都還聽得到明顯的車聲,加上進出時間沒管制,晚上一兩點走廊講話聲,開關門生也是很大聲,容易被吵醒,自認睡眠還OK的,但是仍沒睡好,一直被聲音吵醒好幾次.

以這個價格來說很不錯了～早餐簡單但中西式都有，離車站很近很方便！櫃台人員態度很好👍下次去新竹還會再考慮入住！

隔音非常不好，案例不是飯店的問題晚上十一點多小朋友在走道玩鬧亂按門鈴，接著吵鬧到半夜，都聽得非常清楚，半夜臨房洗澡都聽得很清楚，擔心吵的人要慎思。

Just feed min walk from the train station

The location is good near Sogo and many restaurants nearby. However the rooms is old and not so clean but the price is very cheap so is worth to stay for 1 night.
