「unique hotel. The safe is located at the reception desk in the lobby.」

「Perfect location, right next to West Lake and in77 shopping. Great room. Highly recommended!」

「In general, staffs are lack of training, some of staffs are even rude to customers. Never experienced anything like this with anywhere with sofitel. I don't normally write any reviews. However my experience in this China trip with sofitel is really bad」

「Good location 」

「Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue.」

「Its dated and need a face lift. Some old equipment and stuff left in the drawers. Otherwise, a good stay especially given the location and easy access to everything.」
