Good times at the Beach House

Great location, relaxing, peaceful & very friendly neighborhood. Beautiful home; well stocked from the kitchen to the plush towels. We enjoyed the quiet mornings setting in the sunroom & afternoons setting on patio watching fish jump, ducks swim by & an occasional visit from a dolphin.

Weekend Getaway

This home was in a beautiful location and very tastefully decorated. I was with my elderly parents and young children and we all loved it. The layout was perfect for privacy for each of us as well. Coffee in the sunroom and on the deck was my favorite part! With a fully stocked kitchen, we were able to make dinner on the night of our arrival which made things so much easier than having to go and find a restaurant. Our host was wonderful, communicating prior to our arrival and then checking in on us our first morning. I will recommend this location to others and will find a reason to come back myself!

We needed a place to stay for the night for us and some family for a wedding it was a great place! Our only regret is we didn’t book it for longer! We will be back for a longer stay! Great property!

Beautiful waterfront canal home

We loved our stay at this home. The stylish decor and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We loved sitting on the dock watching the fish jump as well as cooking on the grill in the outdoor kitchen. This home does not come with the kayaks pictured in the photo. We would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to this area.

Beautiful property, Beautiful neighbor and a first class host!

I did not expect at first that this beautiful place was way much better than what the pictures showed. The house is cozy, beautiful, clean and Ryan has filled it with so many details...I did not expect a Kitchen so complete, a wonderful neighborhood, great bathrooms!!! Thank you Ryan. We were very happy and pleased, thanks for answering all of our questions....will come back for sure!

Fantastic get away

This is a quite place for relaxing and taking a break. Everything you need is provided in their beautiful updated home. You won’t regret booking a stay here. And owner Ryan is very helpful.

5 Star Stay

We just got to spend a long weekend at this beautiful waterfront home. It was better in person, lots of space, beautiful furnishings, spotless, and clearly lots of thought went into the details. Made a couple meals in the kitchen, and Ryan has everything you could need. Even coffee and spices! Super comfy beds, and a nice quiet area. There's also all kinds of waterfront restaurants, stores, and things to do right down the road. My fingers are crossed to stay again soon!

Great place to stay!

Ryan was a wonderful host and answered promptly when we had a question. This house is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The deck is right on the canal and very relaxing and quiet. We loved it here and would gladly return.

Total 5 Star Experience!

It was an absolute joy to stay here. The view was beautiful as well as the home. Ryan was an absolutely phenomenal host, checking in to make sure my family and I were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. From the atmosphere down to the feeling of the sheets, everything was high quality and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this home for a great, relaxing, 5 star experience. I know my family and I will be back! :)
