“This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“I arrived in New York on 6-22-25 I requested the check in information in which the host refused to give. She stated the cleaner hadn't showed up to clean the property so she gave me another address. Well this place had multiple stairs and was located on the 2nd floor which couldn't accommodate the group I was with. When I informed the host she gave me another address which was smaller with one bathroom. Smaller than the original one booked. After explaining that this wouldn't work the host……

“My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. We all took advantage of the barbeque grill on our last evening there,……

If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. “I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take……

“The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe.”
