“Everything about the Hampton property was excellent, the Expedia app was the thing that was 2 thumbs down, I was booked and paid for in the app, but when I went to check in nothing was sent to Hampton Inn from Expedia. Was an exhausting experience just to check in, thankfully the staff at hotel were accommodating, having said that I will no longer be using Expedia for any travel arrangements”
