Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. "We were a family of four who stayed for a week in March 2024. The location is great, we walked to Universal on one of our days, so if you're energetic - you can walk and save on an Uber/Lyft/Taxi. "Me and my three girls came here for a Mother's Day weekend getaway. The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was child friendly with lots of options to play and explore. The location was super close to Aquatica and Sea World where we visited during our stay. My girls had a blast swimming in the morning and then again until midnight. We will definitely be returning on the future!"
