“Absolutely magical! Our family of six adults stayed for three nights. When we arrived it was quite hot, but once opening up the windows and doors the heat cleared out nicely. The house has everything you need. We made a day trip to the beach! This wasn’t on our original plan, but there was a heat wave in Scotland! Our second day we drove to Balmoral Castle. “Gardenstown is a sweet little village on the coast about one hour north of Aberdeen. The house is located perfectly with an amazing view to the ocean directly out of the kitchen window. It is newly renovated. Everything is in perfect working order. Car can be parked in front of the house. Andreas, our landlord, is a super friendly and relaxed person and gave us both, helpful hints for visits in the area as well as e.g. a gas grill to prepare out freshly self-caught North Sea fish.
