“Was there for my granddaughters dance competition loved the Convention Center and resort being attached. My biggest complaint is the fact I had to call each day to get cleaning staff to clean room even though I was assured the room would be cleaned daily. On our last full day I came back and forth to the room on several occasions and saw multiple cleaners on floor but our room was never cleaned that day. We had no clean towels and trash cans full. I feel for the price of the stay and fact I had……

“The desk staff seemed only marginally interested in answering our questions or helping us out. Ex: We needed a spoon (plastic) to eat something, the desk clerk was sitting watching TV, and said it wasn't in his job duties and might get in trouble if he went hunting for one.”

“We loved where we stayed!! The location was wonderful however for some reason we had a handicap room that was the only thing we didn’t understand about it but we managed it and enjoyed our stay.”
