The property was great for what we were looking for. A nice location to several beaches and not too far to walk to the ferry and a few restaurants. The rental itself was spacious, although some things could use an upgrade, such as the outlets and the cooling units. Overall, we would consider staying here again when visiting the Cape.

Nice location, easy to get to beach as well as Main St. We forgot to leave the parking pass for 16A. Sorry!! Other than the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night we enjoyed our stay plus the whale watch we did was awesome!!!!

Chris and his team at resorts international provide excellent service for a contact less rental. The team is a phone call away. The property is in an excellent location to enjoy the area attractions.

Central location overall, also good location in Hyannis. We were able walk to the Hyannis baseball field as well as restaurants and bars. Property was clean and perfect for what we needed.

Very clean. Lovely decor. Great space in cottage to spread out comfortable. Central location close to shops, restaurants, ferry. Pretty, quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay, but would not choose this condo again. The pictures definitely were not representative - really needed some landscaping and clean up. Big brown stain in microwave, no ice, no counterspace so literally no where to prepare a meal. Air conditioners old and so loud, musty smell. Couch cushion was backward because it was stained. Furniture in picture was not what was actually there. Loved how close it was to the beach - that was the best part!

Very nice place. We enjoyed everything. Only complaints/suggestions: smell of cleaning materials was bad when we checked-in; kitchen could use more items- including tin foil and plastic bags; hand and shower soap in bathroom; should have been told pool was closed. Overall though we were very happy.
