This small but spacious cottage was stocked with everything we needed…a complete kitchen, nice linens, very helpful instructions for using the tv (much appreciated!). Everything was spotless! Great location to the beach, city park with picnic area, town within walking distance. This was a quiet getaway for winter - no crowds! Thank you, Steve

Our January stay was sensational to finally see Cape Cod and Nantucket. To that end we could have used plowing/shoveling in advance of our arrival along with ice melt because the walkway was dangerously iced over. The parking lot was plowed so we were all set not long after arrival. Comfortable amenities and we had all we needed for a weekend to walk the beach and explore downtown Hyannis and walk to the Ferry terminal.

Great cottage to stay at while on the Cape! Location is perfect for day trips around the area! Then when evening comes the beach is right there for beautiful sunsets! Neat and clean with all the amenities listed! Our host replied to my emails right away! Easy in and out! Great place all around!

Beautiful cottage. This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it. It is so cute and cozy with exceptional views. Steps to the beach. The beds are super comfortable. Wonderful cottage

We really enjoyed our stay there and can definitely see staying there again. Very convenient to really everything you might want to do. Restaurants nearby as well as the beaches, beautiful places, and boardwalks over the marshes. Also, very clean and comfortable.

Breakwater beach house

We loved the location, especially right by the beach. The house eas a bit small for 3 adults and a toddler, but we made it work. The owner responded immediately when we needed towels and recmmendations. Its great for a couple and 2 children.

Location, location, location!

Cheerful and well appointed cottage just steps from a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed walking to Main Street Hyannis with its fun shops and delicious array of restaurants.
