"clean room helpful staff nice location"

"We had a great stay at ibis budget Gold. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Pang, who took such wonderful care of us and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and great service!"

"Super friendly and helpful staff."

"Clean and accessible"

"Everything is good. I stay this hotel on my trip in SG."

"Very clean, staff lacks a bit of good hospitality vibes (no one smiles). But the place is very nice, very clean, and very comfortable."

"Clean rooms"

"there was a construction going on the day I stayed so it was kin'a noisy and the people who stayed at that hotel who were same floor with me were so noisy that I can hear it from my room. I stayed for 2 nights and I would hear the noise. Though sounds quite in the middle of the night. Staffs are very helpful. The location is close to where I wanted to go like the sentosa and the garden by the bay...and not far from the airport. "

"Good location "

"Staff were nice, room not so much. Good eateries near by."

"Good location, great place to stay, budget friendly."

" Very clean has a little kitchenette and washer dryer combo we appreciated. No elevator so keep that in mind if you are travelling with a family "

"Stay away"

"This location may NOT suitable for children, it is within the REDlight distric, it is not very clean and has very uncomfortable Odor smell if you walk outside of the hotel. dirty smell coming from some local fish markets, and restaurants ... but the staff working are very nice and helpful"
