“Perfect location right at the entrance of Casco Viejo, there’s is parking place right across the street with a very useful elevator if you are bringing big suitcases. Bathroom doors and wall are made out of glass so not a lot of privacy ;) just something to be aware off”

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“Prime location, very clean, nice bedding, firm mattres, friendly staff”

“Absolutely lovely hotel, amazing brekkie and very comfy bed. Excellent location with friendly staff.”

“Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Free city bike, location is ok. Room is a bit tiny.”

“Lovely pension in the old city! Fantastic location for walking around, right in the middle of everything, a charming little balcony, and the room was still super quiet when the window was closed. Brand new and lovely renovations, a towel warmer(!!), nice shower with great water pressure, mini fridge and small coffee maker. Additional appreciation for the lovely reception staff person who kindly answered all my questions and helped me find things I was looking for even on Sunday when everything……

“It’s a basic hotel (clean with balconies) in a perfect location. Excellent choice for the area but don’t expect mini bar, fridge or coffee/kettle accessories.”

“Really good location, easy check in, two separate bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. Overall great for big groups ”

“The location is good and it close to supermarket and metro station. You have to climb up stairs every day to reach your room. The building is under renovation and hopefully they will finish it soon (we do not know they are under renovation, otherwise I would not book there) really hot in room when there is heat wave without air conditioning”
