Charming family-run hotel

We had a lovely stay at Luchy's. It feels like a sanctuary compared to the bustle of Ica city. The food in the onsite restaurant is EXCELLENT and the two hosts Luis and Toño took wonderful care of us, helping us to book our wine tour and dunebuggy/sandboarding tour in the desert. I would highly recommend spending a night or two here if you're visiting Ica (the dogs that live there are a very charming bonus!).

Serenity and beautifully

Wonderfull place to stay in Ica away from the noise. It is an old hacienda, an oasis in the city. If you like horses it’s a place to be. My daughter had private class and ride horses. Good time with Carlo We enjoyed also the pool and the restaurant. The room are also really comfortable and unique decoration I highly recommend this place.

The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect.

Tres bon accueil. Un service attentionné et agreable. Petit dejeuner limité mais avec extra possible. Ils nous ont préparé une lunch box pour un depart tot le matin. A l'écart donc au calme mais avec une insonorisation moyenne.

Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven

Als je aankomt denk je eerst waar ben ik beland omdat je via een hobbelig zandpad ineens voor een stalen deur staat. Er wordt eerst gekeken wie er staat en dan wordt er meteen open gedaan. Dat geeft een heel veilig gevoel. Zodra je binnenkomt krijg je een warm en vriendelijk onthaal. De kamer was eenvoudig maar schoon en leuk ingericht met modern en antiek gecombineerd. De badkamer was modern en schoon. Het bed was goed. Vooral erg fijn was de gastvrijheid van het personeel. Iedereen staat voor je klaar en helpt je met alles wat je nodig hebt. We hebben 3 tours bij ze geboekt en ook die zijn stuk voor stuk aan te bevelen. Het paardrijden in de woestijn is geweldig. Vooral is het erg fijn om te zien hoe goed ze voor de paarden zorgen. Absoluut een aanrader en perfecte prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Hospedagem sossegada e com qualidade.

O Serenity foi uma agradável surpresa no fim da nossa viagem. Trata-se de uma antiga fazenda convertida em hotel. Ficamos em uma suíte na casa principal (há outras opções de quartos na parte mais nova da propriedade e outros sem WC privativo), muito confortável e silenciosa. Os responsáveis pelo hotel explicam as antiguidades que decoram a casa, algumas das quais datam do período inca e pré-inca. A comida é uma delícia. O oasis de Huacachina fica a 5 min de carro. É uma ótima opção para quem quer conhecer a região com conforto e sossego e vale a pena programar pelo menos duas noites lá para conhecer Paracas, Huacachina e fazer os passeios recomendados.

Hotel diseñado para sentirte super cómodo

Linda experiencia. Todos muy atentos. Desayuno y comida deliciosos. Limpieza A1. Se preocupan que estes bien. Piscina deliciosa. Alejado del ruido, puedes descansar muy bien. Cuentan con tours, clase de equitacion ( Profesor profesional) Todo el personal A1, desde el Administrador ( Luis), y el resto de personal Alex, Jilary, el comedor, hasta la seccion Jardineria. todos muy amables . Tuvieron todos mucha paciencia con mi madre (Adulto mayor). Gracias a todos.

Me sentí muy contenta de encontrar este hotel ya que sus instalaciones son muy bonitas, hay muchas plantas y animales … también tiene una bonita piscina y una excelente comida típica de Ica y el desayuno me encantó. Se los recomiendo!

Muy agradable la estadía y el personal, los adornos antiguos del main room son históricos y muy interesantes. Como el lugar es un poco alejado pedimos comida en el hotel la cual estuvo rica, recomiendo los jugos que son naturales y las papas fritas recién hechas. El Hotel es pet friendly pero consideren que no podrán dejar a sus perritos en la habitación solos así que planeen su viaje en función a lugares que los dejen entrar
