“We had another wonderful stay. It’s in a great spot with Meadowhall across the road, off the M1 and only a 20 minute drive (if that) from the town centre. The staff were fabulous, especially Rachel and Anthony. If we come back to Sheffield, we would stay again. ”

“I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. “AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically……
