“Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from the moment I arrived. The hotel is very difficult to find, especially if you are driving. There are two separate entrances on different streets. One entrance is for pedestrians and is located near downtown, while the parking entrance is on the back side of the property along a large boulevard. The problem is that the address provided leads you to the walking entrance, not the parking entrance. There is little to no signage, making it very easy……

However, the cabanas where spectacular, attentive staff, and perfect for relaxation. This is a time share property primarily so they will ask you to sit in that, you can decline. All excursions where planned through outside company. Great $25 beach horse ride from a local. I cannot stress enough to be prepared to spend far more than……

“The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The……
