“This was a lovely hotel and the staff were courteous, extremely attentive and very kind. Have to mention Manos who went out of his way many times to help us and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was an absolute star and we are very grateful for his help. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful beaches and very close to Chania. Our room was very clean, a little dark due to not getting any sun on the balcony, but this did keep it cool. It is a small hotel and we felt the only negative was……

“Great spacious room with access to the pool”

“Our time spent at Kanso Room was a 10/10. You get a warm and welcoming check in by the property owner and the cutest cats. Excellent for any help you made need, owner even took the time to help us with our taxi for transport and responds very quickly. Location and neighbourhood is perfect, close to the beach, close to coffee and bakery shops, markets, restaurants. Everything is walking distance and beautiful scenery. The place is super clean there’s daily housecleaning which was amazing! Also……

“We had a great stay! The unit has everything you'll need for a comfortable vacation. One of my favorite features was the mini kitchen it was perfect for warming up leftovers, making breakfast, or picking up a few groceries. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, with several cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. It made it easy to grab anything we needed without having to drive. The property also has a large private pool at the back that gets sun……

“Wo soll ich anfangen ? Die beiden Gastgeber sind einfach toll, immer gut gelaunt, immer offen für einen kleinen Smalltalk, immer bemüht, das der Gast sich rundum wohlfühlt, incl. Empfehlungen für Ausflüge bzw. gute Restaurants und Tavernen in der Nähe. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber, mit Blick Richtung Meer. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch, riesige Auswahl, frischgepresster Orangensaft, griechische Spezialitäten und eine wunderbare Terrasse auf der man frühstücken kann, auch……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s suite. Epas the manager was very helpful. The property is a couple of minutes walk to a nice sandy beach, with plenty of great restaurants around. Room was very spacious, with daily cleaning. The swimming pool was nice and quiet. I would recommend this hotel.”

“Conveniently located with parking which was a huge plus. Check in was vary easy and the staff was friendly and pleasant. Our room was no frills but clean. We booked a double and our beds were two twins pushed together. about 20 minutes outside of Chania, but with a car, it was not a problem and preferable to staying in the city. ”
