"An amazing place to stay if you want to experience the traditional Japan in a comfortable way. Chiko went out of her way yo help with many things and the Onsen is amazing with access all night. Convenient to the shuttle bus to Goryu which accesses Hakuba47. Our family had a wonderful stay!"

"It's a stunning hotel from the time you roll towards Hotel Green Plaza. When you get inside, again some wow factors, some very old vintage structural engineering marvels which you have got to appreciate. Ski-in-ski-out lockers for hotel guests are good, access to cortina is right out the door. Buffet breakfast has a good selection, dinner is also good. Can get extremely crowded during peak times. Rooms are nice with a blend of tatami x western style bedding - however mattresses were quite old for our rooms. You can defintely feel a difference after skiing/snowboarding all day. Location is a bit out of the way and buses can skip the resort so you should either have your own vehicle for convenience or need to plan very well for the shuttle bus. Overall we enjoyed or stay "
