「I stayed here with my daughter in June. The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. On arrival, that sofa — the only bed — was dirty, covered in dust, debris, and hair. I reported it the same day, with photos. The following day, while we were out, the host sent cleaning staff into the apartment without notice and without our consent. We returned to find our belongings had been...

「We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. 」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...

Plenty of room, especially in kitchen and living room for guests to dine and gather. Shower rooms are very small and would be challenging for someone with limited mobility but otherwise are very usable with plenty of hot water. I would stay here again. 」

「We had an incredible week at Timi’s Le Marais apartment. The location was fantastic and the accommodations were perfect. Timi lives in the building and was there to greet us and show us around the apartment (and gave us water and coffee!). He even brought fresh flowers from his beautiful flower shop! There were many restaurants and shops nearby and we really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here in the future.」
