The Space:
Ocean View is a single-storey property offering two bedrooms: one double and one twin, with a shower room. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a sofa bed. Amenities include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. Free WiFi is available in the clubhouse, and a welcome pack is provided. Fuel and power are included, along with bed linen and towels. A travel cot is available upon request. Off-road parking is provided, and there's also an enclosed front garden with decking and furniture. No pets or smoking allowed. On-site amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from 22nd May - 31st August), pool table, amusements, entertainment, play area, bar, and eatery. Shops, pubs, and the beach are within 0.2 miles. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Note: The property can sleep up to six guests with the sofa bed included. The Neighborhood:
At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike. Combe Martin has a very popular beach; the sheltered cove is perfect for rock-pooling and it is a popular paddle boarding bay. The village also boasts its own Wildlife and Dinosaur Park! Combe Martin is home to the historic Earl of Rone festival held in May each year and has an annual carnival in August. This is an ideal base for touring, and discovering the delights of North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West, while the South West coastal path passes within a mile. Combe Martin is a great base for enjoying a seaside getaway, with something to keep everybody entertained.
