「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「First of all, the pictures shown are not updated, the hotel says and shows a common area with tables and TV...that is non existent, it was removed after COVID. If you want this hotel bevause of the direct access to the beacj dont book it, the access is closed...there is no beach walking distance from the hotel. Because there is erosion...no sand at the beach and the city is doing some renovations until May. When I called the hotel before my due date to cancel to ask for chair and access to...

「Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. 」

There is no elevator, no turn down service, no office, no new towels every day, loud obnoxious outdoor bar patrons, windows don't work, musty smell, tiny fridge that was frozen over, horribly uncomfortable bed, shower faucet dripped whole time and was dingy, unsafe local area, TV is a joke-2 different controllers, no local stations, outside light dining in all night, keypad entry hard to see at night. 「We stayed in unit 10. Very small room for two queen beds. A king would have been just right. One bed was against a wall making it difficult to get out of it. Only one nightstand for two beds? The TV was impossible to watch from one of the beds. Dining / sitting area was tiny. Had to move the table out to sit in the other chair.
