“We truly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Casa Nacpan felt like home all thanks to the staff. Breakfast was delicious and consistent by chef Kenjie, laundry service was offered, and Nacpan beach was a 3 min drive which was a plus. It’s a 25-30 min drive to El Nido, but much quieter and less busy which we loved. Magnus was very knowledgeable and recommended some spots for us to try. We’ll always cherish the chats we had with you all! We will for sure be back. Thank you a million to the Casa……

“早餐很好吃！飯店還接送我們到另一個飯店，服務很好！飯店位置離市區不算太遠，走路走得到！當然可以請飯店tricycle 載你出去，退房時飯店還接送我們到另一個飯店，服務真好！我會推薦大家這家飯店！”

“非常舒適及用心的度假飯店，處處可見飯店人員的溫馨SOP，而且飯店內有很多很多飯店內的活動可以參加，絕對不會怕無聊。若有管家式服務會更好，有時需要一些詢問及服務會不知道可以找誰。另外，我們每天睡覺都會被不知名的蟲子咬的癢到醒來，身上還會留下若干痕跡，可能因為生態豐富。若可以解決這個問題，這會是個再也無法被挑剔的渡假飯店!”

“Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”
