「As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt at home. It smelled so fresh & luxurious. Staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Our room was very well appointed with a modern bathroom, mini bar with sink/counter, mini refrigerator, Nespresso machine & hot kettle. Beds were very comfortable & we slept well. The view from the pool on the rooftop was breathtaking and the food from A Cliff Kitchen was outstanding. Super happy we chose Amari by Vivere in El Nido with its modern...

「We had a great stay at The Town by Namal in El Nido! The room was clean, organized, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to everything we needed, especially the dock for the island hopping tours. It made getting around so convenient. Special thanks to Lia and the entire hotel staff for being so accommodating and helping arrange everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to...

「The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf)...

「太棒了」

「Chambre propre Rénovation récente」

「great place, service is good, but a little problem with the hot shower system」

「The staff was really nice as other travelers' reports. However, the accommodation was disappointing. There was no chair in the room. You know, everyone get dirty and dusty after a tour in El Nido. You don't offer a chair, now that visitors can not help but sit on the floor or the bed. The towels were yellowish. The stream of tap water was very unsteady. One should repeatedly ask the kind staff to adjust it. After the adjustment, the stream might be strong enough......for a while. There...

「Good AC and bathrooms. Very good cleaning service. They have tuktuk but you have to pay as it is not included in the stay.」

「Great location and super friendly staff. Onsite cafe/restaurant is also very good. I loved my room, so beautiful.」

「My husband and I had such a wonderful stay & what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their warmth, attentiveness & genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and cared for from beginning to end. ❤️ Rozel - was absolutely amazing! She was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or inquiries, making everything smooth & stress-free. ☕🍹 Marty - made our mornings and relaxing moments extra special, from our coffee and tea to our beverages and cocktails. His service...

「Clean and quiet room, helpful staff who arranged everything during my stay!! Hotel will turn off water pressure at late night hour, but a phone call to the reception will solve it.」
