“Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane. We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Our suite was cleaned only once during the entire week and we constantly had to ask for basic items. For a family of five we……

“The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. “A beautifully maintained place with a warm, homely feel about a 28 minute drive from Fes.The views are lovely, and there’s a great pool though we didn’t get to enjoy it as much due to the cooler weather during our visit. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite and welcoming. We were especially well looked after by the owner Hakeem along with Nezha, Ali, and our driver Yassine, who all made our stay truly special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone……
