"This property is so convenient to everything in downtown Aomori. We got off the local train and the hotel was right there in front of us. On very cold days you could literally not leave the building as a large shopping mall with diverse stores and restaurants is connected to the train station and hotel. The Nebuta museum is across the street as is the A Factory. Down the main street are numerous homey restaurants. The hotel is virtually brand new and it is a top notch hotel to rest and relax "

"Hotel has some nice Nebuta float style items in the lobby location has parking right next to it and other contracted ones nearby if you have a rental car. The room itself is your typical Japanese room, small, big enough for your bed and that's it. It was a bit dry but they had the heat on since it was pretty much under 8 degrees the entire few days we were in there. Staff was nice, obviously because this is not Tokyo, staff speak very little English so you should use your translator app/device if needed. While I was there, they did have a fluent English speaker there that made everything a lot easier as well. Location is close to the waterfront where you can then follow to the Tourist building then to the museum and A factory and Beach."
