「The property and staff were fantastic. The only reason for a 4 star on the property condition is that they were presently doing some maintenance on the property but that didn't get in our way. The staff was excellent and friendly, gave us tips on where to go and provided a laundry service for us. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「I loved the room we stayed spaceful enough for 2 people with carryons and full size luggage. Air conditioner is wonderful and cold. The grounds of the casa is beautiful and well kept and clean. Pool is beautiful and clean as well as we used it several days.. Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend staying there. 」

「Amazing experience!!! This hotel looks brand new. The place is beautiful, very modern maintaining the magic of the traditional Cartagena. The service was great, Laura, from reception, was the best turist guide that we could get. She knows the best places to visit. Finally, location, location, location!! The hotel is just a few steps from the main turistic attractions such as the "Torre del Reloj". In conclusion, I have stayed here twice and I already want to come back. Thank you Townhouse...

The staff provided a friendly welcome, and I appreciated their ability to speak with me in English and assist with local recommendations. The property is beautiful and inviting (as well as safe!), including a lovely daily breakfast and a comfortable, air conditioned room. The location was fabulous, walkable to key locations and many restaurant options nearby. I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Bantu. 」
