“Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. ”

“We stayed here for a birthday trip and, while there were some positives, the overall experience was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, the breakfast was nice, and the hotel decor is genuinely pretty and well thought out. However, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. The rooms were very noisy, with loud music continuing until around 3am, making it difficult to sleep.
