「Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. 」

「A great little hotel with an unlikely location on the fifth floor of a tall, modern building in the heart of Cartagena’s walled historic centre. Our room - standard with king bed - was extremely spacious and included a balcony that looked over the main, “clock tower” square. I really don’t think the location could have been any better. 「Casa Quero is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in a great location that is close to many shops snd restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast had fresh fruit and orange juice everyday. I chose a made to order omelette each day which was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!」

「Great location walking distance to everything but a bit away from the noise and bustle of the old city centre. Having the roof top pool was great. We had a problem with our AC. They came promptly to fix when they couldn’t that moved us to a new room. Karen the customer service rep apologized many times and sent a beautiful fruit basket to our new room. Can say enough about the GHL highly recommend and we would stay again. 10/10」
